We host two series of seminars and each has a unique focus.

Integrated Human Studies

Our IHS seminar series concentrated on aspects of the human condition.

• What does it mean to be a human being?
• What do we understand of ourselves in the phases of our lives and our relationships?

Seminars will resume as part of undergraduate coursework in 2012.

Diversity at University

Our Diversity at University series in 2009 and 2010 featured short talks from staff or students about their country of origin.

• The talks featured history, geography, food, music, religion or whatever the speaker chose.
• Discussion and socialisation followed, with ethnic refreshments provided.
